ACB nabs Anthargaon tahsildar, Revenue Inspector while accepting bribe

Peddapalli: Anti-Corruption Bureau sleuths trapped Anthargaon Tahsildar Vayyapu Ramesh and Revenue Inspector Sridhar, allegedly while they were accepting a bribe of Rs.12,000 from a person in the Tahsildhar office on Tuesday.

The Tahsildar and the RI allegedly demanded a bribe from one Alakunta Srikanth of Ramagundam to do a favour.

Srikant, who was not in favour of giving a bribe, approached the ACB, who nabbed the officials while accepting the bribe.
