TCI Reports Robust Growth in Q4 and FY2025 Financial Results

Gurugram: Transport Corporation of India Ltd. (TCI), a leading integrated multimodal logistics and supply chain solutions provider, announced impressive financial results for Q4 and FY2025, ending March 31, 2025.

 

Q4 FY2025 Highlights (Consolidated):

 

Revenue: ₹11,972 million, up 9.3% from ₹10,954 million in Q4 FY2024.

 

EBITDA: ₹1,401 million, a growth of 11.3% from ₹1,259 million.

 

PAT: ₹1,151 million, up 11.4% from ₹1,033 million.

 

EBITDA Margin: Improved to 11.70% from 11.49%.

 

 

FY2025 Highlights (Consolidated):

 

Revenue: ₹45,385 million, a 11.5% increase from ₹40,700 million in FY2024.

 

EBITDA: ₹5,078 million, up 11.3% from ₹4,563 million.

 

PAT: ₹4,161 million, a rise of 17.4% from ₹3,545 million.

 

PAT Margin: Increased to 9.17% from 8.71%.

 

 

Managing Director Vineet Agarwal credited the growth to TCI's focus on multimodal integration, sustainability, and digital innovation. He highlighted advancements in niche logistics for bulk goods and machinery, supported by high-capacity containers and renewable energy-powered warehouses. The company has also inducted electric and LNG trucks, enhancing eco-friendly operations.

 

TCI's AI-driven analytics and Agentic AI solutions have significantly boosted operational precision and customer experience. The company’s TEMT tool, recognized globally, underscores its commitment to decarbonizing freight transport.
