Hyderabad,
wake up telangana
- After completing the initial leg of his election campaign, Chief Minister and BRS President, K Chandrashekhar Rao, is taking a hiatus from his constituency tours. He will be stationed in Hyderabad until the upcoming Dasara festival, resuming the campaign on October 26.
During his campaign, CM KCR convened meetings with BRS candidates in Hyderabad and distributed B-forms. He also embarked on a whirlwind tour of seven Assembly segments over the past four days. While in Hyderabad, he plans to reassess campaign strategies and coordinate with party candidates who are actively canvassing in their respective constituencies.
Party sources indicate that the Chief Minister's campaign tour has received an overwhelming response, invigorating party members in the run-up to the Assembly elections. His future plans include touring multiple constituencies, covering at least two to three constituencies daily from October 26 to November 9.
On November 9, Chandrashekhar Rao will conduct a special puja at Sri Venkateshwara Swamy temple in Konaipalli, Siddipet district, and subsequently file nominations at Gajwel and Kamareddy constituencies. He will also address a public meeting in Kamareddy on the same day.
In a notable development, Congress senior leader and Uppal in-charge, Ragidi Lakshma Reddy, officially joined the BRS in the presence of the Chief Minister during a public meeting held in Medchal. His entry into the party was warmly welcomed by CM KCR and other BRS leaders.
Stay tuned for more updates as the election campaign progresses.
