 — In a significant press conference held at the Khammam Congress Party district office, Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu, flanked by Ministers Tummala Nageshwar Rao and Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, outlined the pivotal undertakings of the People's Government.

Vikramarka began by emphasizing the government's primary focus on "Creating wealth and serving the people." He underscored the dedication of every government system and institution towards the welfare of the citizens. Notably, within the initial two days of assuming office, the government has implemented two guarantees, with plans to execute four more promises in the imminent future.

"In an effort to empower women," Vikramarka announced, "we are launching a program to provide free and convenient RTC bus travel for all women across the state." This initiative seeks to enhance accessibility and autonomy for women in the public transportation system.

Furthermore, the government pledged to allocate Rs. 10 lakhs for the health insurance of every family in the state. This assurance, initiated within a swift two days, reflects the government's commitment to the overall well-being of its citizens.

Addressing pressing issues such as land disputes and societal concerns, Vikramarka reaffirmed the government's dedication to effectively resolving these matters, ensuring a harmonious society.

Acknowledging the crucial role played by journalists, the Congress government has taken steps to support them by providing housing facilities, rectifying an oversight from the previous administration.

While facing criticism for allegedly disregarding journalists' concerns about accommodation facilities, the Bhatti Vikramarka-led government has responded proactively. Initiating court-mandated measures demonstrates their commitment to addressing these issues comprehensively.
