A legal awareness campaign was launched at the Narsaipally gram panchayat office by the Mandal Legal Service Committee of Nagarkurnool district recently.
Advocates Arjunayya, KA Raheem, and Advocate Owaisuddin Owaisi, police personnel and others attended the programme organized by advocate Dr Babu Pears and Additional Public Prosecutor Bhavani Bai. Later advocate Owaisi addressed the gathering.
As part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, marking the 75th year of Independence, the Ministry of Law & Justice and National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) has launched a massive 43-day campaign throughout India from October 2 to November 14. Under the Amrit Mahotsav, awareness campaigns are being organized throughout the country.
The Nagarkurnool District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) is conducting Legal Awareness Campaign for 18 days starting from October 2 and the campaign will end on November 14.
The Nagarkurnool District Legal Service Authority is conducting the Legal Awareness Campaign at the mandal level and appointed a team of advocates to Mandal Legal Service Committee for each Mandal to organize Legal Awareness drive to every village and panchayats to spread awareness to the citizens about law and their rights and entitlements under various schemes of the government etc. The Mandal Legal Service Committee of Nagarkurnool is visiting all villages of mandal allotted to them and conducting a legal awareness campaign.
