Corporator Ravinder Reddy overlooks Geetha Nagar choked sewer line complaint..

Kukatpally, May 23 (Ravi Kumar): Choking of sewer lines is a frequent menace now happening in Geetha Nagar, This has been a regular issue now days causing severe inconvenience to the residents. Irked residents of Geetha Nagar in regards to choking sewer lines in the colony had raised a complaint with the division Corporator anxiously looking for a permanent solution for the issue. In this regards Balanagar Division Corporator Avula Ravinder Reddy along with GHMC Work Inspector Ramu visited the colony on Monday and took a brief report on the issue.

The residents demanded from the civic authorities to conduct cleaning of the sewer lines with super suction machines at the earliest. The sewage flows back towards their house as their sewer lines are lying choked. Repeated problems are happening as the sewer lines are not being cleared properly. Responding on the issue Corporator Ravinder Reddy directed the concerned officials to act on the issue with immediate effect and clear it as soon as possible on war-footing basis. The event was attended by Colony Association President Gogikar Balraj, Colony members Upender Reddy, Nagaraj Goud, Mahender Reddy, TRS leaders Potta Shankar Goud, Rangampet Srinivas Mudiraj, Bajani Nagender Goud, Mohammad Sophie and Waterworks department staff participated.
