Yadadri Bhuvanagiri Collector Motivates Class 10 Students with Personal Visits
In a heartwarming initiative, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district collector Hanumantha Rao took it upon himself to inspire Class 10 students preparing for their board exams. On the morning of Thursday, February 6, at 5:00 am, the collector visited Kankanalagudem village in Sansthan Narayanapuram Mandal, personally knocking on doors to wake students for their exam preparations.
One of the students he visited was Bharath, whom he encouraged and supported in a unique way. The collector not only inquired about Bharath’s progress but also pledged a monthly financial aid of ₹5,000 from his own pocket until the board exams. He handed over the amount for February and gifted Bharath a chair and a writing desk to aid his studies.
Bharath and his mother, Vijayalakshmi, expressed their gratitude for the collector's gesture. Bharath shared how the visit boosted his confidence: “I aspire to become a police officer and will work hard to achieve my dream. I never imagined the collector himself would visit my home. His encouragement has motivated me to study diligently and pursue my goals.”
Collector Hanumantha Rao reminded Bharath of the significance of the Class 10 exams, saying, “If you study hard and achieve good results, this will be the first step toward success in life. Make your parents, teachers, and the district proud.”
The collector’s thoughtful initiative highlights the importance of personal engagement in inspiring young minds and ensuring their success in crucial milestones.
