Hyderabad Traffic Police Issuing Wrong Challans, Public Faces Trouble
Hyderabad: Several commuters are facing issues due to incorrect challans issued by the traffic police. In a recent case, a biker was wrongly fined ₹1250 after an officer mistakenly assigned a violation to the wrong vehicle number. The affected individual, whose bike TG12 0775 (Yamaha MT) is registered under Mir Mushraf Ali, claims that the violation at Secunderabad East Metro Station was not committed by his vehicle.
This is not an isolated incident, as many citizens have raised complaints about incorrect challans being issued due to errors in capturing vehicle details. Such mistakes are causing undue stress and financial burden on innocent motorists.
Citizens are urging the Hyderabad Traffic Police to take strict action against such errors, ensure proper verification, and introduce a transparent process for rectifying wrongful fines. #WrongChallan #TrafficIssues
