In a tragic incident on the Hyderabad-Srisailam national highway, a collision between an RTC bus and a car has resulted in the loss of three lives. The accident occurred during the early hours of the morning near Vasudevpur Gate in Rangareddy District's Amanagal Mandal.
The collision, which involved a car traveling from Kalvakurti to Hyderabad and an RTC bus heading from Hyderabad to Srisailam, left the car completely crushed. Tragically, the three occupants of the car, identified as Sivakrishna Varaprasad Goud, Nikhil (26), and Manideep (25), all residents of Karmanghat in Hyderabad, succumbed to their injuries on the spot.
Authorities swiftly responded to the scene following the alert, with police and emergency services rushing to assist. Utilizing heavy machinery, the bodies of the victims were extricated from the wreckage and transported to Kalvakurti Government Hospital for post-mortem examinations.
As investigations into the cause of the collision commence, the police have registered a case to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the accident. Further details regarding the sequence of events leading up to the tragic collision are anticipated as the investigation progresses.
