Actress Pujita Ponnada Inaugurates Nivam Ayurvedic Wellness Centre in Gachibowli

Hyderabad: The city’s first-of-its-kind Nivam Ayurvedic Wellness Centre was officially inaugurated in Gachibowli by Tollywood actress Pujita Ponnada, with Radhey Daggumalla, MD of Radhey Group, serving as the chief guest at the event. The wellness centre promises to revolutionize health and wellness in Hyderabad by combining traditional Ayurvedic practices with modern technology.

A standout feature of Nivam is the introduction of the Nadi Machine, an innovative tool that provides a comprehensive analysis of a client’s body constitution based on Ayurvedic principles. This technology aims to deliver a personalized health assessment, offering insights into stress levels, dosha imbalances, and more.

During the inauguration, Pujita Ponnada expressed her excitement, stating, “I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the Rise Group and the entire team at Nivam for bringing this incredible initiative to life.”

Dr. Praveen Pullata, CMD of Rise Group of Companies, shared that the wellness centre is a pioneering step toward redefining wellness tourism in India, under the guidance of the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. With a focus on recreation, rejuvenation, and relaxation, Nivam aims to serve a diverse clientele, offering holistic Ayurvedic treatments alongside yoga, meditation, sound therapy, and stress relief solutions.

The inaugural centre in Gachibowli is set to cater to an elite clientele, including celebrities and professionals. Dr. Pullata also announced plans to expand the centre's presence across Hyderabad in 2025, with new centres opening in Hi-tech City, Madhapur, Kukatpally, Miyapur, LB Nagar, Somajiguda, Lakdikapool, and Uppal. Additionally, Nivam plans to extend its services to major cities like Bangalore, Chennai, and Noida, and further expand to Tier-2 cities such as Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, Vijayawada, and others. In Telangana, centers are set to open in cities including Warangal, Khammam, and Karimnagar.

Ramya Vadlamani, CEO of Nivam Ayurvedic Wellness, elaborated on the capabilities of the Nadi Machine, which provides an in-depth health report, including dosha analysis and lifestyle recommendations. “Based on the Nadi details, we blend oils that align with an individual’s doshas and offer therapies to restore balance,” she explained. “Our approach is focused on holistic well-being, with customized dietary suggestions and exercise routines.”

With a vision to bring Ayurvedic solutions to urban and rural areas alike, Nivam Ayurvedic Wellness Centre aims to create a lasting impact on the health and wellness industry in India.
